I really like the aesthetics, bold, colourful and appealing to the whole family. It’s really lovely as an unschooling family to be able to record our day without being squished into an educational box of some sort. It’s lovely to have to share with grandparents so they can translate what looks like ‘just play’ into tangible life skills equivalent to goals children at school are aiming for.
My wife and I were both unsure what our children should be doing, we wanted to follow the National Curriculum. We have found it really useful to see the progress our children are making against the National Curriculum. It has helped us feel confident that we are covering what we need to. We recently sent a report to our EHE and they were satisfied with what we were doing.
